Storage & Parking Rules

What you can’t store

For everyone’s safety, the following are not allowed in storage units or on the property:

• Flammable, combustible, or hazardous materials (fuel, propane, chemicals, and the like)
• Explosives
• Illegal items or stolen property
• Perishable food
• Living things or animals

Insurance & liability

• Stored and parked items are kept at the owner’s risk
• Under Oregon law, tenants are responsible for insuring their own belongings, so we recommend carrying insurance on anything valuable

Parking

• Outdoor parking spaces are for parking and storage only
• No living in or occupying vehicles on the property
• No vehicle repairs or maintenance work on site

Payment & access

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month, paid one month ahead
• Daytime access: the gate is open during daytime hours and closed at dark — hours shift with the season. Plan to access your unit or vehicle during the day.

We’re a small, family-run operation, and most of this comes down to common courtesy: store safely, keep your space tidy, pay on time, and treat the property and your neighbors with respect.
