Storage & Parking Rules
A few simple guidelines
These rules keep the property safe, clean, and fair for everyone who stores or parks with us. Your full rental agreement covers the complete terms — this is the short version.
What you can’t store
For everyone’s safety, the following are not allowed in storage units or on the property:
- Flammable, combustible, or hazardous materials (fuel, propane, chemicals, and the like)
- Explosives
- Illegal items or stolen property
- Perishable food
- Living things or animals
Insurance & liability
- Stored and parked items are kept at the owner’s risk
- Under Oregon law, tenants are responsible for insuring their own belongings, so we recommend carrying insurance on anything valuable
Parking
- Outdoor parking spaces are for parking and storage only
- No living in or occupying vehicles on the property
- No vehicle repairs or maintenance work on site
Payment & access
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month, paid one month ahead
- Daytime access: the gate is open during daytime hours and closed at dark — hours shift with the season. Plan to access your unit or vehicle during the day.
Keeping it simple
We’re a small, family-run operation, and most of this comes down to common courtesy: store safely, keep your space tidy, pay on time, and treat the property and your neighbors with respect.
We’re here. Our family lives on site and keeps an eye on the property day to day — one of the quiet advantages of a small, owner-run operation. Questions about anything here? Just ask.
