Simple ways to pay your rent

We keep billing straightforward. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, paid one month ahead, and we offer several ways to take care of it — whichever is easiest for you.

Ways to pay

Autopay through Densley’s

Set up automatic monthly payments with us using a credit card, debit card, or bank account, and your rent is handled on time every month. You can start autopay when you sign up, or anytime afterward — just let us know.

Automatic payment through your own bank

Prefer to use your bank’s bill-pay service? You can set up an automatic monthly check or payment to us directly through your own bank, on your own schedule.

Credit or debit card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Card payments can be made by phone or in person at the office.
