How it works

• $60 per month per vehicle or space, billed on the 1st of the month
• Month to month — keep your space as long as you need it, seasonal or year-round
• Outdoor parking on open ground, easy to pull in and out
• Space is usually available — give us a call and we’ll get you set up

Good to know

• Parking is outdoor and uncovered
• Spaces are for parking and storage only — no living in or occupying vehicles on site, and no repairs or maintenance work on the property
• Open seven days a week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• The owners live on site and keep an eye on the property
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month; we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, mail-in payment, and automatic bank pay (see our Payments page)
• Vehicles and their contents are kept at the owner’s risk, so we recommend carrying your own insurance
• A few simple rules keep the lot safe and tidy for everyone (see our Rules page)
